The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home. They are responsible for ensuring cleanliness onsite. A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request. ** We are committed to cleaning. We sanitize and disinfect all door knobs, light switches, and all frequently touched surfaces. When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to notify us. **Important** Please make sure your reservation matches the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoos, soaps, tea and coffee. When you book our home, we will send you a message for the door code 1 hour prior to arrival. Check yourself in with the keypad that is changed after each visit for a private stay. Please note -In order to keep our home allergen free for our guests, we do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in of the house.
