Please keep in mind that Galveston is a humid Subtropical Climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life! That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living. Check in 4pm. Check out 11 am. We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk. We require a valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your Airbnb profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here! Please be sure to disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 9). Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests. A violation will end your contract and you will be asked to vacate. To support our commitment to sustainability, we’ve provided a starter set of fresh towels in your room, tailored to the number of guests. If you’d like to reuse them, simply hang them on the hooks or bars provided—this small act helps us conserve energy and protect our beautiful island environment. We’ve also included 3 complimentary pool towels to help lighten your luggage and keep you refreshed during your stay! Need laundry service? No problem! Our guest laundry facilities (located in each building) are equipped with card-operated washers and dryers—just swipe your debit or credit card, and you’re all set. Your comfort and our planet’s well-being go hand in hand. RULES: Due to our beachside location, certain amenities such as the pool, hot tubs, and others may occasionally require maintenance or become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued by us. Any refund for these amenities is entirely at the discretion of the HOA and are issued by them, max refund $40 resort fee. Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $40 per stay (up to 7 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security. Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly. Trash chute is located down the breezeway towards the front elevator. Please start the dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃 Soiled towels should be HUNG to dry for laundering at checkout time. PLEASE Do NOT place linens on the floor. 🙂 Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm to 8am. Pool closes at 10 PM. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo. We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $250 will be charged if we detect smoke odors. Please do NOT make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this! We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. A $40 resort fee per reservation, payable only by credit card directly at the front office upon check-in, grants you access to a range of amenities, including covered parking for up to two vehicles (as available), two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a lighted tennis court, a well-equipped fitness center, barbecue and picnic areas with a pavilion, and onsite laundry rooms that accept credit cards. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests have access to the entire unit, except for housekeeping and owner's closets. The resort fee applies to stays up to 7 days.
Find us
Driving is the most convenient: most guests drive or arrive by shuttle/rideshare and use on‑site or street parking (paid zones and pocket free spots exist north of certain street blocks). Galveston Island Transit operates seasonal public bus and downtown/Seawall loop services; the seasonal Seawall streetcar/rail car and Downtown Loop bus provide weekend/peak‑season connectivity. Biking and walking along the Seawall are very practical for short trips; rideshare (Uber/Lyft), local shuttles and taxis are commonly used for airport transfers and nights out. Street parking on the Seawall uses a pay‑by‑phone system and the city enforces timed zones and parking fees.
